Critical banking operations, dashboard ownership and team enablement.
100+ monthly incidents and requests and approximately 95%+ SLA adherence are self-reported workload and service-level figures from my BMO role. The dashboard’s approximately 30% reduction in manual tracking/navigation effort was derived from comparative testing of the workflow before and after introducing the ServiceNow dashboard, measuring the steps and time required to locate, review and prioritize incident information. The dashboard was adopted by my team.
Client-facing cybersecurity and technology-risk assessments, from control evidence to practical remediation.
Supported a payment-page script review: checked whether browser-side scripts were known and authorized, whether each had a documented justification and necessity, and whether integrity checks and a current inventory provided visibility. Identified evidence gaps and the resulting risk to cardholder data in the browser, then documented remediation to strengthen approvals, inventory and integrity monitoring. No client details or sensitive evidence are shown.

Research
Peer-reviewedCo-authored research in DDoS and Android malware detection. The paper credits my contributions to model implementation, comparative experiments and technical writing. Its binary HQCNN reports 99.86% accuracy on the study’s SDN DDoS dataset using real quantum hardware.

About
Working in enterprise operations at BMO has shaped how I approach technology: understand the dependencies, investigate carefully and keep the business impact in view. Earlier client-facing assessments at Arctic Shield added a focus on controls, evidence and recommendations people can act on.
My undergraduate background in AI and machine learning now sits alongside graduate study in Information Systems Security at Concordia. I’m drawn to the connections among networks, cloud, service management, data and risk, and to work that turns that understanding into practical improvements.
I bring curiosity and clear communication to teams working across technical systems and business needs. I expect to graduate in May 2027, have full professional proficiency in English and French, and am open to full-time roles across Canada.
